Cancellations

Cancellations received by 14 November 2012 will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after 14 November 2012.

Confirmations

A detailed confirmation, including information about the registration type, products selected, payment information, receipt, etc., will be e-mailed to you within 24-48 hours. Please retain this acknowledgement for your records.

Duplicate registrations and charges may occur if you send more than one copy of a registration form.

Online registration allows you to know immediately which breakfasts or luncheons are available and if you are registered for an event. If an event is not available, it will not appear on the screen or it will indicate “sold out.”

Faxing or mailing your registration will delay this process and events may sell out while your registration is in transit. To add an event after you have registered, contact AAPG. Please be careful not to register online again, as this will result in duplicate charges.

Visa information

Based on your citizenship and the length of stay in the United States, you may be required to obtain a visa. You should check with travel agencies, the United States embassy, consulate offices or diplomatic missions in your country. The U.S. Department of State website has more information on whose citizens are required to obtain a visa.

AAPG provides a downloadable letter to assist attendees, but note that AAPG has no influence over the issueance of a visa. The determination is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate. Should your application be denied, AAPG cannot change the decision of the governmental agency.
